Will I get a refund if there is a change in equipment and I cannot sit in the seat that I paid for?

We will always do our best to keep you in your selected seat. However, due to business or operational constraints, it is possible that we will not be able to honour your seat selection.

Passengers who added Standard or Premium seat selection to their trip will be reimbursed if they can no longer be placed in the seat they selected.

There will be no refund or compensation provided if seat selection was included in the fare selected.
