What are the changes?

Starting June 10, we are updating some of our fare attributes. This includes:

• Fare conditions: Escape fare will become non-exchangeable, and tickets bought in Economy fare will be 50% refundable (instead of 75%).
• Seat selection: While included in the other fares, there will now be the option to add Standard seat selection to the Escape fare and Premium seat selection to the Business fare for a fee of $7 for travel in the Corridor.
• Baggage policy: The basis of our revised baggage policy remains unchanged: we provide various allowances for baggage depending on route and chosen fare and charge fees for additional bags depending on the selected fare. We’ve updated what’s included in certain fares in the baggage allowance and fees for extra bags.
