– The shuttle stops for passengers with a connection from Québec City to Ste-Foy in front of the main entrance of the Gare du Palais.
– Call 1 888 VIA-RAIL (1 888 842-7245) or 1 800 268-9503 (hearing impaired) to make a reservation.
– Bicycles cannot be accepted on board the shuttle
- On wednesday, friday and sunday, between 18h45 and 20h40 tickets for the bus shuttle QUEBEC - SAINTE-FOY for train # 14 can be bought at the ticket office.
- The shuttle stops for passengers with a connection from Québec City to Ste-Foy in front of the main entrance of the Gare du Palais.

This station is equipped with a service animal relief area (SARA): a quiet place where service animals can relieve themselves, which is essential before and after a train journey with their owners. The service animal relief area is located at the right of the main entrance, on the grass on the edge of asphalt.
